HOW TO GET A BETTER NIGHT'S SLEEP

First.. my numbers: weight 181lbs..blood sugar 103 mg/dl temp 26.. degrees

Better sleep:
  1. Go to bed earlier.
  2. Eliminate all counter-productive measures.
  3. Live in a silent environment.. no tv ..radio  or computer
  4. Never look at clocks during the night.
  5. Relax more.
  6. Get up later.
  7. Take prescribed medications
  8. Dream,Dre am, Dream
VOILA .. "A BRAND NEW ME!"
