CLOSED COLUMBUS DAY!
As a small business man I feel it is an egregious error on the part of small business owners trying to make a living to be closed today!
The weekend holiday traffic will be higher than normal as folks return home. Being closed today is absurd...and you wonder why people bitch how bad business is. Really!
By definition Enterprise means to create a customer. How can you embrace your customers if you are CLOSED! DA!
We must embrace our customers wishes if we will survive. Nine out of 10 small businesses fail. Are you a victim or are you serving your fellow man with 'We appreciate your business.'
WHEN YOU WORK FOR YOURSELF YOU MUST THROW AWAY YOUR CLOCK. Long hours and a dedication to service separates the men from the boys (and girls.)
