AUTUMN LEAVES ARE HERE IN THE BROOKFIELDS!

Nothing beats Fall in all its splendor. Today, Mother Nature has turned up the changes in deciduous trees. Further, the massive crop of pumpkins at Breezy Bend made me turn around to capture the moment!

At Salem Cross last night I enjoyed a bowl of Chowder from the Sea and two pumpkin muffins! As pricey as Fenway, the ambience of SCI is worth the extra few bucks. To have such a fine restaurant in the Brookfeilds is a treat for me.

Fall can be illusive.. first beautiful leaves and frosty evenings then rain and winds and bingo the trees are bare. Tomorrow looks like a real winner. At 7:28 it only 48 degrees. FROST? I think so. for all the humidity and rain we endured over Summer, the invitation to enjoy Fall is in the here and now.
