I was taught by the Good Jesuits of Saint Louis University that the History of Mankind is war..

Today we are embattled in many wars:  1.Obesity  2. Tobacco addiction & lung cancer 3. Alcoholsim 4. Drugs.  5. Financial ruin (Gambling)  6. The insensivity of BIG BUSINESS TO OUR AMERICAN HERITAGE really sucks!. There just doesn't to be much loyalty any more to American loyalty.  A recent trip to the Port of Boston  reveals of hundreds of containers ... perhaps from all over the world! Since Vietnam and free love... AMERICA SEEMS TO BE IN AN ABJECT FREE-FOR-ALL.

The rich keep getting richer and the poor, poor, are not included in the AMERICAN DREAM. Whether  you agree or disagree..I really do not care. I cannot live your life. It is either Lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way.

The West Brookfield Veterans Day Program was superb! I choked and had TEARS OF HAPPINESS. Chase Robert, Lily Wictoria and Medeline Grace Potvin.. the delight of my being... revealed to me   West Brookfield is HEAD AND SHOULDERS above the frey of most Public Schools.

The POTVIN NAME  AKA  "WINE" ... Has been here since 1858.It is fun  climbing Life's Ladder  but you must we have a tremendous work ethic.    lazy?

I saw 12 Months and 12 Days in the Vietnam at  1967 - 1968. When first there, I wrote Senator Kennedy a letter conveying my observations of the "War Machine" from Vung Tau.. 60? miles from Saigon.I an not going to bore you with the details!

Kennedy wrote back! His words of encouragement and appreciation are emblazoned on my memory....'you have a great future..knowing you served your Country...etc. Not bad, I do say....LOL.

Summarizing Veterans Day with a breakfast in the AM at the Senior Center  I submit
Americans of all ages must G.O.Y.A. (either get out your antiques OR...Get off he Couch!

Yours truly
