In watching Donald Trump from Florida last night I wondered.. Are we being brainwashed by the man? Then I flicked the high-end channels and watched a televangelist preaching to a large crowd of thousands. Slick. Then a minute to the memory of Mother Angelica. EWTN... all powerful transmissions of their beliefs. I was amazed to see their followings.
My point is..why can't people think for themselves? My friend and mentor, the Late Frank Cooke once said to me "98% of the people living in North Brookfield were brainwashed.! Truths can be illusive and messengers can drive us down a primrose lane. That's their job. and the motives are the almighty dollar.
You can call me a cynic but please give me the truth!
