SIXTY WAYS TO LOWER YOUR BLOOD SUGAR

Morning blood sugar reading 84.

Last night as I watched the Red Sox play at Fenway Park I ensconced in my easy chair and got lost in "60 WAYS TO LOWER YOUR BLOOD SUGAR!" by Dennis Pollock. At last I am learning how to lower my sugar counts and getting on with things. It is easy.

Diabetes Type 2 is all about what to eat, what not to eat, exercise, ETC. The author's overall message covers some of  the following chapters:
