Saw another boyhood today: Raymond P. Thibeault of North Brookfield. Ray is a smiling from the days of St. Joseph School and NBHS. Ray is worldly and have traveled extensively with wife Eleanor Witt. It seems we meet at Hannaford Bros. every now and then. Then I saw a classmate of Ray's. Warren Tuttle! Warren is a good soul heading up Meals on Wheels in the Sturbridge area.
The North Brookfield Historical Society's presentation of The Hurricane of '38 Proved to be a ***** production. Ellen Smith was the narrator..Paulette Adams the projectionist with her laaaptop and president Brandon Avery sat back and enjoyed it all. The Society has an amazing array of B&W photos convening the storms aftermath like you wouldn't believe. every church and civic club in Spencer and the Brookfields should include this program in a meeting!
Bought some Turtle Way (Express Shine - Carnauba Spray Cleaner wax for my Honda Accord. Tomorrow it goes to Mike's Repair in Warren for a new left wheel bearing... then To Beantown on Thursday and maybe on Friday
The setting sun in blue skies foretells tomorrow's weather. Hopefully the worst is over. Hopefully the Bronx Bombers will lose> LOL.
Been a huge day for RLP..3:00 am to now 8:19 PM. Hey.. why not?!
Spent $60 dollars on food. Yea right..$4.00 for blueberries! But I don't have any blueberry money! Old Benny Benson and I rummaged through the 75% off stuff.
