Of interest is a Life Magazine I bought: July 4, 1969, featuring Neil Armstrong photo 'Special Issue "OFF TO THE MOON".. "A Letter From Charles A Lindbergh" in the mag piques my curiosity. .
From the Flea I traveled to Quaboag to see my star soccer player, Chase score a goal. He is going places with his game. Father Josh coached from the sidelines. Nice.
FLASH: RED SOX SOCKED IT TO THE Mets! Did you see the homerun ball hit the edge of the Green Monster? I did.
Now, Rep.Candidate Jean Strauss and I chatted for about 20 minutes while on the Common.. I'M FOR JEAN! NOW I HAVE 3 SIGNS ON MY FRESHLY MOWED TURF! Couldn't find anybody to mow it so I DID! Yup! 76 year old still mowing his own lawn. The truth of the matter the turf is great! Check it out!
My observations on the FLEA is we are truly over-saturated with collectibles. CDs and DVDs are three for a dollar in some cases. Just go to the Yankee Flea Market in Palmer! In my view I think the romance of collecting has waned. Many Millennials just don't want the stuff.
Then I watched THE SOUND OF MUSIC on my 75" Sony HDTV with boss Fisher speakers. Amazing, absolutely the best! Jean Strauss shed much insight into this movies creation. I like it!
Walmart-Sturbridge tomorrow to check to see if my Potvin Videos are in? I don't like the wait.
Gotta make a list of foodstuff. I continue to be in transition. Feels good.
Saturday in West Brookfield was fun and FINALLY the sun came out..."It's about time!"
How was your Saturday?
NB I deleted some pix that were irrelevant to this blog entry.
