Not to worry! Blood sugar levels are mercurial according to my Home Monitoring guide.  "Before meals ranges are from 70mg/dl to 120. 103 passes the sniff test!

I don't fight sleeplessness. I either fall back asleep or I get up and begin my day. Today will be busy and exciting as the North Brookfield Senior Center presents The Hurricane of '38 years ago this Friday. Y'all come!
