The insensitivity and Greed of both the buyers and sellers is a black-eye to the North Brookfield Community. As if NB doesn't already have enuf problems with the necrotic downtown buildings! Langevin's Red Barn Auction Complex is vacant and in shambles and the Town Hall is worse.
