LOSE WEIGHT & START LIVING - NOW!

The implications of being over weight at any age are far reaching! Smoke, drink and be merry can be the deathknel to your happiness in  in the long run. My concerns on controlling my Diabetes Type 2 lead me to being acutely aware of my diet on a daily basis.

The following chart regarding weight loss was found in a brochure last night: TOPS CLUB,INC.  (T AKE OFF POUNDS sensibly)  offers this plan:

  • Weigh 160 lb. Lose 8-11 lb. can keep you  from developing diabetes.
  • Weigh 180 lb. Lose 9-13 lb. "
  • Weigh 200 lb. Lose 10-14 lb."
  • Weigh 220 lb. Lose 11-15 lb."
  • Weigh 240 lb. Lose 12-17 lb."
  • Weigh 260 lb. Lose 13-18 lb."
  • Weigh 280 lb. Lose 14-20 lb."
  • Weigh 300 lb. Lose 15-21 lb.  The proof is in the pudding!
It ain't funny. Alibis and excuses don't necessarily work. Think about it.
