VIETNAM LETTERS FROM BOB STATIONED IN VUNG TAU - 1967

For over one year I documented my Vietnam adventure by writing letters back home! I felt that it was my duty to keep my folks informed of my exploits in uniform as a medic. It worked. Every 4 days mother wrote and I wrote back. There was no loneliness in our lives.

Sybil Sandman related 'I still have all of the letters my son Barry wrote!'

I think letter writing is a lost art. E-mails pervade the landscape. Postage is out to pasture. So what!

Photography and ink keep our memories alive! Now, if I can only find the cherished letter I am looking for! LOL.

Sincerely yours,

ROBERT L.
