THE EAGLES HAVE LANDED AT MY "HOTEL CALIFORNIA!"

Symbolism is great in the connotation of the word Eagle!  There doesn't seem to be any negativity in the word. Chevrolet had a model "The Eagle" with a radiator cap portraying an eagle. Astronaut named his spaceship "The Eagle." The best part of my life comes in a deep appreciation of the band "The Eagles."

The bigger names sin the group are Don Henley and Glen Frey.Timothy B. Schmitt and Joe Wash are lesser names recognized in the incredible successes of this group!

The Eagles emerged in the early Seventies with their rocket This oneship entitled Hotel California. This one particular hit is long and memorable..."with her Mecedes Benz!" Don Henley is my kind of guy with his sympathies for Henry David Thoreau and WALDEN POND in Massachusetts.

My son Ben and I were nearly in the front row at the Centrum when the Eagles landed a few years back! Ben "weakened" and paid big bucks for our exquisite entertainment... never to be forgotten. Thanks, son.

The Eagles best video of a concert was taped in Melbourne, Australia maybe in the early Nineties. Entitled "EAGLES FARWELL TOUR 1' Live from Melbourne.
