ACHING KNEES, JAMES LAST SERENADE AND VILANOVA BASKETBALL

It has been one of those arthritic days.. painful joints. Drugs don't seem to work this Saturday.

I didn't leave town, paid my rent and took it easy. The Villanova game was good. Seton Hall won again  and I got around to picking up my pad a bit.


I am a glutton for frames. Why I don't know? Maybe because they are so easy to acquire at Salvation Army?


Tonight I enjoy the big band sound of German Composer Hans Last. He's the best. It is all there, free, on YouTube.


Chase has a game tomorrow.


Three days left in February. I just can't wait for March Madness! How about you?
