CORPORATE AMERICA IS THE APPARENT ENEMY WITHIN!

Without any loyalty to the American flag, and what Old Glory Stands for, corporate America seems to be furtive. I have noticed more and more durable goods manufactured in Mexico, Canada, The Philippines, Vietnam, China and the rest. Who's kidding who?


Detoqueville came to America in 1824 and was amazed to witness how "money-driven" our Country was. That's almost two hundred years ago. Since then the corporate greed has stripped us of our independence. The Entrepreneurial Spirit in America is flickering at best. People work in jobs they can't stand. Somethings' gotta give.


Minimum wage doesn't cut it. The tobacco industry usurps hard earned dollars with addictions. The medical industry is being dealt the deathbed of lung cancer without any apologies. Uncle Sam turns a deaf ear to it all.


Most senior corporate-types rebelled against LBJs Vietnam. Free love and free-loading prevailed over Patriotism. "THIS IS THE END OF THE BEGINNING OF THE COMPUTER AGE!" Atty. Bill Gross. The Power of Affluence generates more miserable citizens with each waking moment. The concept of happiness is thwarted  beyond belief. Citizens of USA are naïve. Malls are the cathedrals of Century 21.


Chasing the almighty dollar is much worse than chasing the cat or dog. Are we living in a Hell on Earth? Sobering, to say the least.


What to do? 'Get Your Head Out of Your Ass" as Sgt. Smith said at Fort Knox 50 years ago.


We will survive. Our kids and grandkids and great grandkids and beyond will live in a world much different from we experience now. That's good as a new tomorrow is truly around the corner!
