ENUF OF THE VIETNAM WAR, PLEASE!

It's salt in the wound if you ask me! Last night's Inside The Vietnam War on National Geographic was too much for me. Been there done that and done it again and again.


I feel bad for the US GIs who were in the battle. I never knew or experienced any combat anywhere, any time. Having the In Country experience was truly enough for me. I have no knowledge, truly, what war really is.


To see the news of current wars is reprehensible. It is the history of mankind. I thought the Program was in-depth. It did cover the 36th Evac Hospital's activities. The Tet Offensive was when I left Vietnam but the memories are 50 years and counting. How America every got involved in this war I'll never know.


Now we are old, and in some cases, dealing with much. I salute those men who were on the front line.


I say Enuf of the Vietnam War!
