ELECTION DAY AFTERMATH

It was a rainy , soggy day for me! From 9:00 AM to 6:00 p.m. I stood outside greeting voters with my "STRAUSS" sign. The friendship of other volunteers made for an interesting day.

I voted early when the vote count was 249. Before the day was over some 1,700 voters had cast their ballots. The bad weather didn't stop West Brookfield folks one iota. The turnout was above average.

Now I'll buy the Telegram to review the returns. It is quite obvious incumbency RULES!
