"We shook it once.. a "V" Liberty Nickel popped out. I shook it again.. many nickels came out! The piggy bank was filled with 25 rolls of nickels - 1900 - 1912! Better dates were found. An 1883 Without Cents and nickels in the 1880s -1890s surfaced. I found six 1912-D Liberty Nickels!"
The total find proved to be worth $530 to Coin Dealer Bob Mofatt.
Talk about fate and the fat pig!
