I have resisted the usurious magazine prices of recent times! $14.99 is a bit much... don't you think? Well, tonight I hit a bonanza at the local market. I could not believe what I saw. Dozens of outdated magazines in addition to hardbound titles ranging from only $2 down to 50 cents. Hooray. Many Time-Life titles of a year or two old.




But wait.. how about a Gray's Anatomy, hardbound, for a deuce? It seemed the array of titles was greater than a visit to the Salvation Army. 'The Everything Health Guide to Arthritis'! Originally $14.95.or a TIME magazine YOUR BODY for $12.99..dated 11/22/13. A historic OBAMA Time book for next to nothing.




Dates materials and other books need a home a home at any price. If I bought them all I would require a small pick-up tuck. So now I became discerning as any smart shopper would do. A nice lady by the name of "Patricia" joined in. She grabbed OBAMA's book and maybe the new POPE?


I intend to gift out some of my purchases and the biggest gift will be to myself. Nat Geo "SUPERFOODS" was dated 'Display Until 4/8/16."Such a Deal." It sold for $13.99 originally. My donation, maybe $1.00.  So when you are in the market keep your eagle eye open to books as you check-out. My bill for food was scandalous and my find of outdated magazines, etc. essentially paid for my food. Be smart..SLOW DOWN.." smell the roses"!
