TESLA - AN OVERLOOKED AMERICAN

With the advent of the new Tesla automobile, name recognition will do justice, on part to one of the smartest visionaries who ever lived : Nicola Tesla. As I am a fan of  Tesla I enjoy telling his story. The guy Tesla was genius and was in the leagues of Edison and Westinghouse and Marconi. Tesla was way ahead of his time. He was chosen one of the three intellects of the world.

Tesla had a photographic memory. During his lifetime he patented for than 700 inventions.

Tesla was born in Croatia and spoke 8,languages! As an inventor, nothing scared him. One of his biggest achievements was the development od Tesla's AC current. This is how our homes run today. Edison's DC current flopped by contrast.

Tesla was eccentric and lived in New York City but moved around the world seeking to do good. I once saw the bronze statue of Tesla at Niagara Falls. His story is featured on Modern Marvels.
