REMEMBERING JFK AT AGE 99

The Legacy of JFK may last 1,000 years. There have never been a man and woman who touches humanity like Jack and Jackie. Out of nowhere came our Prince and Princess. I was age 18 and touched by the two stars. Evidence of the Kennedys' trip to Spencer and the Brookfields came years later in a photograph taken by J. Irving England.PE.

The Kennedy's slept at the Massasoit Hotel in Spencer and had a fund raiser at the Krock Estate in Brookfield. Henry Salem and Doctor Grace were there. The year was 1958 and little did we know it would be "President Kennedy" someday.

Francis T. Lee and Hon. Philip A Quinn were friends of the Kennedy's Jack even made a speech locally saying how he "will run for president someday." And he did.

The Kennedy's were educated, polished and loving. Never have I been so attracted to a man and a woman in public office. RIP.
