MY DAILY REPORT - MONDAY

It has been a quiet day for me. My routine of buying newspapers and checking the mail happened after lunch. I found my most comforting moments in lying down on my back for relief. The new time standard allowed me to cat nap, listen to music and watch some YouTube. My weight has dropped to 176 which is ok. I did call the VA trying to get in some physical therapy. Spring is in the air,
