I had lunch at the West Brookfield Senior Center just now and everybody was talking about the thunder and lightening storm at midnight. "It was real bad" everybody retorted except me! I slept through it all. Just now I went to my new yellow plastic rain gauge and was amazed to see more than half-inch of precipitation!
Quite obviously my sleep medication works along with a well insulated Poodle.

Summer-like weather continues. Soon we forget of the dismal stuff that lingered for weeks on end.
Son Ben is due at 2:00 PM. Don't know if Mommy and Baby Girl will come to visit?
Have been on a water diet today. good stuff, water, you know!
