- Whole grain toast with peanut butter
- Blueberries and cottage cheese
- Eggs and whole wheat toast
- Tuna salad sandwich
- Rotisserie chicken - make salad-put on whole wheat bread
- Roasted TURKEY BREAST SANDWICH
- Fruit: 1 cup watermelon, blueberries or banana
- Birdseye Steam in Bag vegetables
- Hamburger with vegetables - get steam-in-bag
- Hummus with pita and Sautee onions, peppers or mushrooms
- Boneless chicken with vegetables, brown rice
- Use ground turkey to make chili or turkey meatloaf.
