CONTINUED SIDEWALK EXCAVATION

The best part of the day came with my Social Security payment. Called Josh who happened to be in Boston. Will pay the rent tomorrow.The work continues on the new sidewalk. Even though there wasn't any blacktop paving today work continues towards town.My suspicion is the remaining stretch will be completed before paving. The work downtown is formidable under separate contractors. It is a mess! I suppose in the final analysis it will look good! Received a nice Fathers DAy card from Ben. Also received a summary of benefits from the VA. I get 20% or $396.67 a month. The weather chanaged for the worse as the day progressed. Had Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream then enjoyed Stouffers Macaroni & Cheese for supper along with Bing cherries.Chatted with Chase after supper. Sox are in Florida for 3 games.
