'IT'S A BEAUTIFUL MORNING!"

As I lay in bed in the final hour of my sleep I was awakened by the sounds of a snow shovel scraping the power snow from my driveway. It was 6:45 AM. My landlord is my son, Joshua Byron Potvin, taking care of dad!
An hour later I got up to face a Wednesday. Little did I realize how beautiful the scenery is until sunrise. "It's a beautiful morning!"

Last night I received a call from Doerun, GA. It was my auctioneer friend, Jerry Maurice Barfield calling to alert me to his website & auction on Proxibid. This on-line sale is most revealing. It's the only way to go in the world to 2019! The sale was of a Living Estate.. a downsizing, If you may.

The mechanics of an online sale requires photography, a description, and the mechanics of selling on line. This concept is worth looking into as it may be just what the doctor ordered! Many homes are chuck full of goodies and I don't think the owners are aware of how these auctions work! I continue to learn as this is for me.

With my insights into the auction process, I feel, in time, "Ca ching, ca ching ca ching! will get me going again! It's a beautiful morning!
