The Friars fried the Pirates in a very sloppy basketball game!

This has been a long January day. My trip to the VA took over an hour in rush hour. The dermatologist was encouraging in his prediction: I'll live! LOL

This has been a reading day  for me. The New York Times is full of venom . The headlines read "WHAT'S REALLY HAPPENING AT THE BORDER." "Illegal Immigration is near a 50-year low.""In 2017, arrests for illegally crossing the border were at their lowest point since 1971."

'Most Drugs Are Seized at Ports of Entry, Not Along the Open Border."
'The Drug Enforcement Administration says that heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine are primarily brought in the United States in VEHICLES entering through official border crossings."

It seems President Trump tells a different story?! Paul Krugman writes "Donald Trump And His Team of Morons." Everywhere I read it seems Trump is the bad guy. It talks about him being alone in the White House. Poor boy.  So he calls Judge Jeanie Perrot (sp?) on FOX.

Another article talks about private donors put up over $107 million to "usher Donald J. Trump into office in style...a $10,000 for makeup for 20 aids." Come on.

I like reading the NYT. I don't like the fighting going on.

Don't have the latest weather forecast at hand. From all the hype we are going to have a blockbuster. I can hardly wait!

Had a good meal at the NB Senior Center.
