HOW I'M BEATING THIS FUNK!

Funk is a depressed state of mind! So how do we shed the depression?
  • Do not listen to any news or weather.
  • Move furniture around in your home.
  • Play music that uplifts your spirits.
  • Participate in fun activities.
  • Don't drink any alcohol ( a depressant)
  • Review photographs.
  • Learn something you didn't know about.
  • Focus on THE PRESENT MOMENT.
  • Buy some flowers.
  • Reach out and surprise some long, lost friend!
