Yesterday's New York Times, in the Science section carried a great little story on the importance of teenagers needing a good night's rest. There are so many qualities of rest that play into being healthy in growing up. "Inadequate sleep - 31 percent slept less than seven hours a night and 58 percent had poor sleep efficiency as measured by percent of time awake after initial sleep onset the article reads.
Sleep today seems to be different with the advent of hand held advices and other distractions.
In other matters I received a Birth Certificate from Shelia Buzzell so I can now obtain a Drivers License! To Southbridge after breakfast.
Pay Day today. Good. Hot muggy weather continues!
