MY 76TH BIRTHDAY

My mother used to say 'It's only a number, Bob!" She was right. In many ways I feel young. In many ways I feel healthy. In some ways I feel older. I take my share of medications. I feel my weight is spot-on at 177.8 lbs.

I live independently by myself. The many birthday greetings today are appreciated. Josh & Heidi and kids joined me at Ron & Chris lunch for lunch and a birthday cake. I received big gifts  and a special gift from Chase who mowed my lawn. "Happy Birthday, Pops."

The Boston Red Sox gave us a nice victory at Fenway over Minnesota 3-0. A big record was set today.

A good week coming up.
