MY CHRISTMAS-EVE ATOP BIRCH HILL

Another spectacular day with clear blue skies and moderating temperatures. Before going to Josh and Heidi's I traveled to Hannaford NB where I ran into Jeff Nickerson and other friends. Business was booming!

Spending this Tuesday PM with family was a treat. The Sound of Music video was a family treat. Children were nestled on the sofa with "Mama" as others napped. I took delight in seeing this classic musical as it was reminiscent of my school days at St. Joseph School NB in the fifties.

SOM songs were sung by the kids. It was a special treat, indeed.

Presents were exchanged. I received a Cougar sweatshirt, a bottle of OLD SPICE and some wool socks. Chef Josh gave our meal of prime rib second to none.

Now it's quiet with favorite Christmas music playing....a great Christmas Eve  in West Brookfield where all the snow has melted.... and yes.. Mouse # 5 was trapped! Amazing!
