Gold is the one sure shot in trying times. IF war is on the horizon just watch what gold does!Presently $1,422 an ounce!

This has been a slow Monday. Nobody providing therapy. My back remains stiff and I try to walk with the walker in the Poodle. I feel I've had enough sun for a while. Had two decent meals and my weigh-in was 162lbs. Josh came by earlier and will return with my pill caddy.
