'NICE RESUME. WAIT, YOU'RE HOW OLD?"

Today's New York Times has a feature article on what Americans are experiencing in finding work. The sad truth is if you are "50 or even 40 applicants are considered too old!"

On the personal side of things I am witnessing one Richard B. Johnson, age 75 persevering in finding work in his chosen field.

"I ace the phone interviews" says one job seeker. "They say your resume' speaks volumes. It looks like you're the perfect fit but you come in and you're D>O>A> You can see it in their eyes."

I think Senior Americans are more deserving than settling for minimum wage positions at Walmart!
