BETTY GUNDERSON DANCE RECITAL

It has been a beautiful Father's Day Saturday in the Brookfields. Nestled in the hills of Hardwick comes a world-class dance recital from dozens of youth from the area. For 45 years of so Director Betty Gunderson led dozens of dancers at the Eagle Hill School auditorium. One Lily Potvin beamed in smiles as Lil and her friends danced.

I sat in the upper gallery overviewing the performances of students of all ages. Josh and Heidi presented a bouquet of roses after the performances.

I didn't get to go to the West Brookfield Town Common Flea Market. It appears the attendance was moderate. After returning from Hardwick I did manage to sit outside and capture some rays.

Lobster bisque for supper!
