Last night's sleep was one of the best ever. The cool evening and attendant bed side fan saw me rest well and for long. At 4:00 am I shut off the Easy Listening music and slept until 6:00 AM.
This afternoon Josh, Chase and I attended a baseball game at Shephard Hill in Dudley and boy did I get a walking workout with my aluminum walker. Then I enjoyed a cheeseburger at Howard's Drive in with onion rings.
Josh is taking care of my dirty laundry and med replacement.
How delightful is the sunshine!
