A COLD PAINFUL GOOD FRIDAY

Blood glucose 95

It was business as usual this Good Friday. I shopped at Hanniford NB then to Tony's Dry Cleaning - Spencer.

Sister Jan sent me a Patriotic mask she fashioned with her hands. Red, white and blue.. to wear at the post office and other places. A thoughtful gift indeed!

The weather today was extremely windy and wet. It spit snow and kept everybody inside. Josh came by about 4:00 PM to apply ointment to my aching back. It seems the sciatic pain is more pronounced tonight. The only relief is when I am seated. "Don't grow old, Robert!" This is what my maternal grandmother said as she hobbled around in her eighties!

Hope Saturday will be more "user friendly!"
