TIME TO ENLIST IN THIS MAN'S ARMY?

How refreshing was it for me to make the acquaintances of two Army men in fatigues! I was at SubWay at Walmart, Sturbridge when two GIs stooped to pick up the contents of my fallen

 wallet. Things got our of my hands and the conversation began.


"I'm a recruiter" said Staff Sergeant Robert Rogers. This young man is standing tall in the defense of our Country."I've been all around the world" he said with pride. I said Who's this other guy? "He's my recruit!"


In this day and age we need more troops in uniform. "Army Strong." Sgt. Rogers works at the U.S. Army recruiting Center in Sturbridge, Mass. This is what we need....goarmy.com.


The young SubWay cashier added a dimension to our conversation.


In other matters I got a "free ream of paper" at STAPLES. "Made in Canada" revealed the fine print. Understandable... big paper mills north of the border.


Another funk of a day for me. Looks like it will be this weather until Halloween. OMG. Eating too many Fig Bars, for sure. What else can I say?


FRONTLINE ON Trump tonight at 10 on PBS. Should be interesting.


Time to mop the kitchen floor. Excitement personified. LOL.
