A picture of F.D. Roosevelt is worth a thousand words. He is the only president who collected stamps. My August investment of $100 is paying me happiness in the cold of late January. Can Spring be far behind? LOL. Miss Ruth Young was the only female adult stamp collector of my youth- 1954 - 1958.
