I just got through reading a "Guide to lowering Blood Pressure.' This is a U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES brochure worth your review! Good health just doesn't happen like a dream. We all must tighten our belts and shed those 10-20 lbs gained since Thanksgiving Eve.
Many of us are "too heavy" like a "Heavy Chevy" of yesteryear. We abuse ourselves daily and yes, some of us will pay the piper someday.
In the past 4 years and a lifetime I enjoy good health at age 74 by discipline. Too much Junk Food is guiding us in the direction of Hell. Are we that dumb not to read the writing on the wall? I don't buy the adage 'Bob, I'm going to die of something someday, anyway." Oh really? I'd like to live forever!

I report today my weight is 185. This is what it was at Thanksgiving time! Hooray. So, what shall it be? "Good flavor or good taste?"
