PRESIDENT REAGAN - A SKILLED STORY-TELLER

My dad, Joseph E. with tongue in cheek once said: "Reagan won because he was a better actor." Ronald Reagan was a supreme orator, in a difference sense as I recall the mellifluous tones of John F. Kennedy's words 2 decades earlier!


Reagan had the verve as no other President had... but then again FDR won election 4 times so I guess he was something special. My college speech professor was a Republican yet admitted of "pulling his old Ford off the side of the road just to listen Franklin Roosevelt's slow, determined speech delivery.


Now the trumpets blare as President Trump raises his right hand on his Bible and captures the world's eyes and ears. Watch closely on Friday and prepare your scorecard. 1. Will our new president be honest? 2. Will our new president be inspirational 3. Will our new president  be compassionate?


The orderly transition of power in our Country will be watched, instantaneously both around the world and in Space! Nothing like this Presidential Inauguration of 2017 has even been seen before; nothing has been blogged in the present moment.
