With the shortening of days I have changed my sleep habits. Instead of retiring at 8 PM I now retire at about 9:30 PM. I take 2 Aleve PM and do not play easy listening music. Last night proved to be one of the better night's sleep ever!
In the morning, at 6:00 AM it, is still dark so I wait for daylight listening to music on my Google Home Hub. Circadian rhythms have a lot to do with waking hours. Daylight signals the new day. Now if I can only get rid of my rash! Gotta call the dermatologist at the VA!
