A WANING MOON OVER THE COMMON

Blood glucose 93  Weight 174.4   Blood pressure 154/74

The waning moon in the low western sky over the WB Town Common sets the tone for this beautiful Tuesday morning. The temperatures are crisp being around 40 degrees at daybreak. Not a cloud in the sky!

Yesterday I unpacked an incredible electronic pill caddy sent by the VA.  The Med Center Talking Alarm Clock is most advanced digital device I have ever seen. Large The four buttons allow you to hear the day, time and date. It has 4 alarms serving as reminders to "take your pills." There are 31 cubes divided by 4 to hold the medications. It is provided by the VA for the asking.

Today I eat lunch at the NB Senior Center...Chef Janice.. always a good meal.

The apples are still on the trees and provides for a beautiful setting. Autumn is at our doorstep!
