MY RESTORATIVE NIGHT'S SLEEP

Blood Sucrose 131       Weight 171.6 lbs.

It was to bed at 9:00 PM. I had showered earlier and felt confident my sleep would be good and it was! I am adjusting to shorter days of light and try to tailor make the hours of sleep. It worked!

The blood sucrose number is higher as I ate some peanut butter crackers before retiring. Not to worry!

The devastation in the Bahamas is beyond belief. It is as if an atomic bomb leveled the Islands. Florida was spared the brunt of Dorian. Must check with SonBen who lives in Belmont, NC,

It still remains to be seen on how close the hurricane will come to the Brookfields? Probably rain. As mentioned the hurricane season is early and anything can happen.

Our skies are clearing in the west. It will be a good Friday in the Brookfields!

ROBERT LOUIS POTVIN

The highest winds experienced came while working atop Mount Washington, NH on July 4, 1963..... 90 MPH!
