Nature's air conditioning kicked in last night! All house windows were opened and temperatures in the low fifties provided for the best in sleeping.
It has been a slow Sunday as my right back and leg are talking up. I did walk a bit around the Town Common and the burning pain continues. Arthritis in left shoulder is real! Watched the news programs all slamming TRUMP. The hurricane issue keeps journalists talking. Reasonably absurd I say!
Did sit out in the September sunshine for 30 minutes. Vitamin D you know.
Planning on watching the Red Sox/Yankees at 8:00. Not interested in the Patriots. Sorry.
