RICH STRIKE WINS THE KENTUCKY DERBY

A cold, cloudy Saturday.I did laundry in Warren then food shopping in NB. The big news is the gas station is nearing completion and should be finished by June 1. It is a spectacular edifice and will change the complexion of the center of town. Josh mowed the lawn early on. The Kentucky Derby was colorful. I enjoyed watching everything particularly the finish. The finish was record-beaking.Never before did this occurr. It was "Run for the roses indeed." The Boston Red Sox lost.Terrible defeat...3-1. Looks like tomorrow will be clear.
