ARBELLA HAS BEGUN NEGOTIATIONS

I received a Certified letter from Arbella dated April 27th saying "In the event our investigation determines this is a covered loss, we will promptly resolve your claim." An hour later I received a call from Arbella stating it was a covered loss and they are offering "Actual Cash Value." I must return my Title and we'll go from there. I have a $300 deductible.In other matters the Worcester Community Action Council advised the winter's fuel assistance increased funding to $915.00. having already used $438.16. The remaining benefits are up to $476.84. Chase had a baseball game at Quaboag against Bartlett. Don't know the final score? Howard's was closed.. maybe until Wednesday or Thursday?
