BACK IN BUSINESS WITH FEEDING THE BIRDS

This Saturday saw a new approach to feeding myself and feeding the birds.First, I doubled up with nutritional drinks - Glucerna and Ensure. I have switched to whole milk. These changes should reveal a change in my weight. Enjoyed Bremen Noodles for supper. I spent $53.91 and am hopeful of seeing my weight go upward. Today I weighed in about $156 lbs. Have some special sewet to repell squirrels. Already have seen an increase in bird visitations.No squirrels!
