TUESDAY'S ACTIVITIES

Blood sugar read 95!

My morning was filled with activities from a visiting nurse to Ann, my physical Therapist. I even worked up a sweat doing exercises... an optimistic forecast!

At the North Brookfield Senior Center Chef Janice prepared a fine repast:
  • Seafood Pasta Salad
  • Zucchini Bread
  • Vegetable Gelatin Salad
  • Corn on the Cob
  • Strawberry Lemon Pie!
This great meal came with friends seated around the table. Shirley, Nancy, Judy and others. It was a happy meal. Senior centers are for seniors!

Spoke with Josh down the Cape where it's raining.
