A FULL MOON TO BOOT!

Blood glucose 95 Weight 165 lbs. Today was a beautiful November day. I took the Allante out for a 25 mile spin.Tonight the full moon rose about 5:00 pm as I sat around a campfire on Birch Hill. Tonight there will be an eclipse but I won't be up for the event. Tonight I have been watching Xavier and Ohio State play.Xavier upsets Ohio State 71-65!.
