FLAGEDELIC TROUISERS A HIT, SO WAS THJE WEATHER AND CHASE'S BALL GAME

finally the weather changed for the better. Everybody was cheering. Mother Nature allowed us to get on with things. My first order of business was picking up the Honda - repaired. Thanks. Then to North Brookfield to the senior center. I met a lot of ladies I hadn't seen in a long, long time. The Chinese fill of faire was really flavorful as was the company. Ginger C sat to my right.


The next order of my day was finding a new bath mat. I tried three places before I found what I wanted. DG and Lowes just didn't have what I wanted... then WALMART in Ware. I got a powder blue mat. The old one is rancid and now in the trash. But the highlight of the day was a victory for Chase in Brookfield at Lewis Field.


My grandson hit the ball hard, three out of four times. .. two ground outs then and Inside=the=park  home run! The spirit of the WB team was high in their 19-1 romp. It was a wonderful way to end the day except for the two Klondike Bars devoured upon return.


Tomorrow morning I travel to the VA in Worcester.
